摘要
目的:建立测定妇科养荣丸中芍药苷的高效液相色谱法。方法:C_(18)色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈- 0.05 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾(16:84),流速1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长230 nm。结果:线性范围:0.195～1.952μg·ml^(-1),r= 0.9998,平均回收率:96.8%(n=5,RSD=1.2%)。结论:建立的高效液相色谱法测定含量,准确、快速、重现性好。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of Paeoniflofin in Fuke Yangrong Pills. Method： The C18 colurm （200 mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used ; the acetonitfile-0. 05 mol· L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution （ 16： 84） as mobile Phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, the detection wavelength was at 230 nm. Result： The liner range was 1. 952 - 19.52μg·ml^-1,r=0. 999 8 ,the average recovery was 96.8% （ n = 5, RSD = 1.2% ）. Conclusion： To establish a HPLC method for determination the content, accurate and quick, good reporducibie.
