羊膜与SK GEL生物胶在兔非穿透性小梁切除术中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨保存人羊膜组织、SKGEL生物胶(交键透明质酸钠凝胶)在兔非穿透性小梁切除术中抗瘢痕化的安全性及有效性。方法新西兰白兔18只,随机分为A、B、C3组,每组各6只,每组兔的单眼行非穿透性小梁切除术。A组术中植入羊膜,B组术中植入SKGEL生物胶,C组术中无植入物。观察各组滤过泡的形态、内部结构及维持时间。结果A、B组滤过泡的形态及维持时间均优于C组。病理切片显示滤过空腔的保持与植入物有关,术后12周时A、B组眼空腔仍维持较好,C组眼瘢痕形成明显。结论保存人羊膜、SKGEL生物胶在兔非穿透性小梁切除术中应用均可减轻手术区滤过腔瘢痕的形成,安全有效。 Objective To evaluate the effects and safety of non-penetrating trabecular surgery (NPTS) with amniotic membrane and SK GEL( reticulated sodittm hyaluronate biogel) implantation on inhibiftng scar formation in rabbits. Methods Eighteen New Zealand white rabbits were divided into three groups (group A,B and C),6 cases in each group. NPTS was performed in the single eye of each rabbit in each group. Amniotic membrane was im planted into the eyes of group A,SK GEL into the eyes of group B and nothing into the eyes of group C during NPTS. The shapes,internal structures and lasting time of the filter blebs were observed. Results The shapes and lasting time of filter blebs in group A and B were better than these in group C. The pathological section showed that the maintenance of filter blebs was related with the implants. At the 12th week after surgery, the spaces in sclera of group A and B were remained,while scar formation was found markedly in group C. Conclusion with ammiotic membrane and SK GEL implantation is safe and effective to inhibit scar formation. [ Rec Adv Ophthalmol 2007; 27 ( 2 ) : 106-109 ]
