摘要
在兔腹腔内注射醋酸铅造成肝细胞损伤后，电镜下观察肝细胞超微结构的变化表现在：１）细胞核——伴随肝细胞内细胞核的畸形，常染色质减少，异染色质增多．２）细胞质——线粒体数量减少或增加，体积大小不定兼畸形，线粒体嵴和膜变异．内质网的膜腔扩大，ＲＥＲ膜上的核糖体颗粒减少．３）细胞膜——细胞间的交界面呈波浪型交措并加宽．
The damage of rabbits liver cells was induced by intraperitioneal injection of lead acetate.The changes of ultrastructure in hepatocytes were observed under electron microscope.The effects of lead acetate on hepatocytes included following basic abnormalities:1)the characteristic features of the nucleus are irregulat in shape,decreasing of euchromatin,increasing of hete rochromutin.2)the characteristic features of cytoplasm are as follows.The mitochondria increase of decrease in number and size,they are irregular in shape with some variation in cristal pattern.Endoplasmic reticulum(ER)increase in the lumina,de tachment of some ribosmes from the membraneous component of rough endoplasmic reticulum(RER).3)the characterristic features of the cell memberane showed that plasmalemma connecting between the adjacent hepatoma cells may be wavelike or interdigitated and became width.
