摘要 目的:建立同时测定茶叶中汞、砷的方法。方法:采用微波消解样品预处理技术和原子荧光光谱法测定茶叶样品中的汞和砷的含量。结果:汞和砷的含量分别在0-2.0ng/ml和0-50ng/ml的范围内线性良好,相关系数分别为0.9992和0.9995,检出限分别为0.012μg/L和0.084μg/L,回收率分别在87.5%-92.5%之间和98.3%-104.5%之间。结论:该方法用于茶叶中汞、砷的同时测定是可行的。 Objective: To develop a method for simultaneous detection of mercury and arsenic in tea samples. Methods: Microwave heating of sample digestion was applied to the simultaneous detection determination of mercury and arsenic in tea samples. Results: Linearity range for the determination of mercury was found to be 0 - 2. 0 ng/ml, and for arsenic to be 0 - 50 ng/ ml, their correlation coefficient were obtained 0. 9992 for mercury and 0. 9995 for arsenic, and with their detection limits of 0. 012 μg/kg and 0. 084 μg/kg respectively. In the analysis of tea samples, recoveries were 87.5% - 92. 5% for mercury and 98. 3% - 104.5% for arsenic were obtained. Conclusion:The method for the simultaneous detection of mercury and arsenic in tea asmples is practicable.
