摘要
现代企业制度的核心内容是产权问题,公司治理的核心问题同样是产权问题。本文通过对企业、企业所有权的论述,详细探讨了公司治理的三个层面,强调公司治理对维护利益相关者权益的重要性。
Property right is the key point to the modem corporation system, as to the corporate governance. This study, starting with the connotations of business enterprise and its property right, thoroughly discusses the connotation and contents of corporate governance, with the hope to point out the significance of corporate governance to protect the interests of the stakeholders.
