摘要
目的:摸索较优的前处理条件以准确测定小麦粉中的吊白块含量。方法:以乙酰丙酮为显色剂研究恒温水浴法及水蒸汽蒸馏法提取小麦粉中甲醛的条件,从而对测定结果进行比较。结果:实验发现80℃水浴30 m in、水蒸汽蒸馏150 m l吊白块的回收率均可达80%以上,且精密度好。结论:两种前处理方法均适用于提取小麦粉中的甲醛,以此来间接定量小麦粉中的吊白块。
Objective:To probe into better pretreatment methods to detect the content of sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate in wheat flour. Methods:Acetylacetone was employed as the chromogenic agent to detect the formaldehyde content in wheat flour through aqueous thermostat and distillation plant respectively. The experimental conditions were discussed and the results were compared. Results:It was found that after boiling 30 minutes at 80 degrees centigrade in aqueous thermostat or distilling about 150 ml liquid by distillation plant the recoveries of different sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate contents added were all above 80%, and the precisions were good. Conclusion:Both of the pretreatment methods could be used to distill the formaldehyde and detect the sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate indirectly in wheat flour.
