摘要
通过对建设项目合同的三种模式:固定价格合同、单价合同和成本加价合同的分析,建立了评价该模式指标体系,提出了模糊综合评判模型,为选择合适的建设项目合同模式提供一种可靠的分析方法。
After analyzing the three moles of construction project contract, the regular price contract, unit price contract and cost - plus pricing contract, this article has built an index system of the above modes and proposed a fuzzy and synthetic appraisal mode, which can help choosing a suitable mode.
