摘要
基于灰色关联度应用于故障诊断的特点分析,将灰色关联理论应用到磨削加工领域,利用灰色关联度分析方法对砂轮修整过程中的金刚笔钝化状态进行识别。通过实验选取声发射信号的均方根值、进给率f和修整深度h作为特征参数,并考虑各参数对金刚笔钝化状态的影响程度,选择初值化的数据处理方式,以提高识别的精确性。经实验验证,采用灰色关联度分析方法可以很好地对砂轮修整过程中的金刚笔钝化状态进行识别。
On analyzing the features of applying gray relation to fault diagnosis, a gray relation principle was applied to identify diamond-pen blunt level on the dressing process of grinding wheel. Through experiments, the dressing depth, the feed rate and RMS were selected as the characteristic parameters, and considering effective degree of the characteristic parameters, the data processing method for initial value was selected so as to enhance the accuracy. It was proved by experiments that the grev relation method is appropriate to identify diamond-Den blunt level.
