摘要
目的评价射频热凝术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法仰卧位,Hartel前入路穿刺法,局部浸润麻醉,徒手刺中三叉神经半月节后以温控射频热凝对靶点毁损,温度控制在65℃-78℃,持续时间60~90 s。结果本组850例疗效优良732例,好转103例,无变化15例,总有效率98%,出现并发症131例,占15.4%,一般自行恢复。结论用射频热凝术治疗原发性三叉神经痛是安全可靠、有效的一种治疗手段。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of radiofrquency thermocoagulation on primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods All patients were kept dorsal position and with local anesthesia. When the gasserian ganglions were punctured by the transfixion pin using anterior approach of Hartel's technique,radiofrequency lesions were performed with the thermocontrol in 65℃-78℃ and maintained in 60-90 s. Results Of 850 patients, pain has been eliminated in 732 cases, alleviated in 103 cases, not changed in 15 cases, the total effective rate was 98%. The complications were in 131 cases ( 15.4% ), which were recovery in a few days. Conclusion Radiofrequency thermocoagulation is an effective and safe way for treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.
