三磷酸胞苷合成酶基因在鼻咽癌纯瘤组织中的表达 被引量：1

摘要 三磷酸胞苷合成酶（cytidine triphosphate synthetase,CTPS）基因是从全基因组表达谱中筛选出的鼻咽癌侯选癌基因。本组实验利用半定量逆转录聚合酶链式反应（semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction,sqRT-PCR）研究CTPS基因在纯化鼻咽组织中的表达，并与芯片杂交结果相比较，以进一步提示CTPS基因在鼻咽癌发生、发展过程中的变化规律。
