摘要
本文以泵控液压马达容积调速系统为例 ,阐述了用 MCS- 5 1单片机为主控单元的模糊控制器的设计 ,控制器的硬件采用 80 31单片机扩展而成 ,软件算法采用模糊控制算法。实验研究表明 ,这种算法较常规的 PID算法控制精度高 。
Taking the speed governing system of the measurement of the pump control hydraulic motor for example,the paper presents the design procedure of the fuzzy controller which use MCS - 5 1single- chip microprocessor as its main control unit.The hardware of the controller is con- structed by expanding80 31single- chip microprocessors,and the software adopts fuzzy control al- gorithm.The experimental results show that this algorithm has more higher precision and more smaller over- shoot than the routine PID algorithm.
