摘要 目的探讨碘缺乏与碘过量对20d龄仔鼠垂体TSH细胞的形态学影响。方法将断乳1个月的Wistar大鼠,雌雄各半随机分为5组:NI组、10HI组、50HI组、100HI及LI组。饲养3个月的雌雄大鼠1∶1合笼交配产生仔鼠,断乳后的仔鼠喂养同上述大鼠。测定20d龄仔鼠垂体TSH细胞的体密度和面数密度。结果100HI组仔鼠垂体TSH细胞的体密度明显高于NI组,LI组垂体TSH细胞的体密度和面数密度均明显高于NI组。结论碘缺乏对垂体TSH细胞的影响大于碘过量对TSH细胞所造成的影响。 Objective To explore the effects of iodine deficiency and iodine excess on thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) cells in postnatal Wistar rats. Methods Forty Wistar rats, 1 month after stopping lactation, were divided into 5 groups: Normol iodine group (NI), 10, 50 and 100 times of normal iodine group (10HI, 50HI and 100HI) and low iodone group (LI). After 3 months the female and male rats were mated by 1:1 and produced postnatal rats. The feeding of postnatal rats was the same as that of parental rats. When the postnatal rats were 20 days old, we analyzed volume density (Vv) and numerical density on area of TSH cells. Results Compared with NI group, volume density of TSH cells in 100HI group increased and volume density and numerical density on area of TSH cells in LI group were significantly increased. Conclusion Effects of iodine deficiency on TSH cells were greater than those of iodine excess on TSH cells.
