摘要
本文从转型时期行政环境的角度，对我国公务员行政伦理的影响因素进行了分析，为行政伦理困境的解除提供了文化依据。这些因素主要包括：中国古代传统伦理文化；当代行政伦理建设的价值选择；西方后现代主义思潮以及科学技术的迅速发展。
From the point of view of the society transition＇s administration environment, this paper analysis about the factors of the civil service administrative ethics, including, Chinese ancient traditional ethics culture, contemporary administrative ethics value choose, western postmodemism thoughts and the rapid development of science and technology.
