摘要
本试验日粮研究低蛋白日粮对点瘦肉型猪生长性能和肉品质的影响,结果表明:日粮赖氨酸含量≥0.9%时,降低蛋白2个百分点,不影响猪的生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质;而当日粮赖氨酸含量<0.9%时,日粮蛋白含量降低,则显著降低猪的生长性能和屠宰性能,对肉品质无显著影响,但肉色评分有所降低。
The experiment studied the affection of low-protein diets on growth and carcass characteristics of lean-pigs. The results indicated that :when content of diet Lys was more than 0.9 %, reducing content of diet protein by 2 % didn't affect the growth performance and carcass characteristics of pigs;but when content of diet Lys was less than 0.9%, decreasing content of diet protein remarkably reduced growth performance and carcass characteristics,had no effect on meat quality,but the colour grade decreased.
