不同砷制剂添加剂量对雏鸡生长性能及免疫器官生长发育的影响 被引量:3

摘要 将280只1日龄海兰褐蛋公雏随机分为7组,每组40只,各试验组在基础日粮中分别添加50、100、150、200、250和300mg/kg的阿散酸(对氨基苯砷酸),饲养70天,通过体重和免疫器官指数来测定砷制剂对鸡生长性能及免疫器官生长发育的影响。结果表明:在70日龄时,添加150,200,250和300mg/kg阿散酸组体重和免疫器官指数与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),其中200mg/kg组体重及免疫器官脏体比较对照组差异极显著(P<0.01)。因此,雏鸡饲料中添加阿散酸能提高雏鸡的生长性能和免疫器官指数,其最佳添加剂量为200mg/kg。 The objective of this experiment is to study the effect of Arsenic Preparation- PAPAA on body weight and indexes of main immune organs in chickens. 280 Hai-LanHe 1 day male chickens were randomly divided into 7 groups which were fed by basal diet supplemented with 0,50,100,150,200,250, 300mg/kg PAPAA respectively. 70 days later , each group was weighted and killed respectively. Then, main immune organs including thymus, spleen and bursa fabrieus were weighed and their indexes denoting the ratio of the weight of organ to that of body weight were calculated. The results of the experiment, compared with the control group, showed that groups fed with 150,200,250,300mg/kg PAPAA had significantly increased on body weights and immune organs indexes(P〈0. 05) ,and the group with 200mg/kg had the most significant increase. So, diet supplemented with PAPAA can enhance chickens, body weights and immune organs indexes and diet supplemented with 200mg/kg PAPAA is the best.
