摘要
改革开放以来,我国建筑业经历了由单一投资主体向多元投资主体、二元产品形态向三元产品形态的演变过程,这两次结构转型都极大地促进了建筑业的经济增长,前者为建筑业注入了新的发展动力,促进了建筑业的繁荣;后者则为建筑业发展提供了新的经济增长点,实现了建筑业产品结构升级。我国建筑业及其企业的发展必须适应这一产业变化的规律,实施新的发展战略。
Since reforming and opening-up, Chinese construction industry has undergone the evolution from unitary investment body to dual investment body and from dual products to ternary products, which promote the economic growth of construction industry greatly. The former injects the new power into construction industry and brings the flourish for it; the latter offers the new economic growth point of its development and realizes the structure upgrade of its products. The development of Chinese construction industry and enterprises must apply to the rule of industry transformation and implement new strategies.
