摘要
从项目周期理论出发,将基础设施项目管理划分的项目前期工作时期、建设时期和生产运营时期,细分为规划、立项、评估、设计、开工、施工、竣工、投产运营和维护等8个阶段进行研究,提出城市轨道交通项目前期工作管理过程,从长沙市城市轨道交通项目管理实践中总结出特大型项目管理的做法。
in this paper, the project management on urban infrastructure is divided into three periods: the earlier stage, construction period and production period, which will be further allvided into 8 stages: planning government approval, assessment, design, operation start, construction, completion, operation and safeguard. The progress of the earlier stage engineering management on urban mass transit is raised from the construction period. The management method of a bigger project is summarized from the practice of the management of Changsha mass transit.
