摘要
通过介绍硫化子午线轮胎模具材料GAlMg5Si1、美国牌号514铝合金特点,其具有一定耐腐蚀性和一定的硬度、强度,无需热处理可直接应用。介绍获得合格材料方法:用FDU除气装置净化铝液的过程,并且用减压凝固试样测试密度,从而得到优质硫化轮胎模具。
The thesis presents the feature of aiuminum alloy, GAIIMg5Sil, American standani 514, which are used in curing segmented tire molds. It has a property of corrosion resistance and certain hardness and strength that can be directly used without any heat treatment. The thesis also presents the method to gain conformed material: the process to use FDU degassing unit to purify the aluminum melting and the method to test density with vacuum samples and finally to get fine curing tire molds.
