摘要 用国标方法处理样品,用DB-1(30m×0.25mmi.d.)弹性石英毛细管柱分离甜蜜素和正己烷,经氢火焰离子化检测器测定,建立了毛细管柱气相色谱法测定食品中甜蜜素的方法。该方法有较宽的线性范围,相关系数达到0.996以上,相对标准偏差为0.052%,回收率≥95.0%,检出限≥0.01μg/kg(1kg样品)。 Processing samples in national standard method, separating sadium cyclamate and hexane with quartz elasticity capillary collunms which type was DB - 1 (30 m × 0.25 mm i. d. ), and determining with hydrogen flame ionizing detectors, this were the capillary collumns Gas Chromatography ways of determining sadium cyclamate in food we founded. The detection had wide linear range, high relative coefficient(RC≥0.996), low RSD(the BSD( n =6) were 0.052 %), high recoveries( R ≥95.0 % ),low detection limit( ≥0.01 μg/kg).
