摘要
血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是调节血管发生的基本生长因子,参与多种肾脏疾病的发病机制。通过干预VEGF可以达到缓解肾脏疾病,改善肾功能的目的。本文对VEGF在肾疾病发生和发展中的作用进行综述。
Vascular endothelial growth factor is an essential growth factor in regulating angiogenesis, which is associated with the pathogeneaia of some nephropathy. Interfering in VEGF can achieve the better rehal function by relieving its pathological proceeding. This article reviews VEGF about its effect in the genesis and development of renal diseases.
