摘要
从《刑法修正案(六)》关于金融犯罪的修正中,可以发现我国金融犯罪立法的进步:我国金融犯罪的罪刑设置更加细密化;罪刑的内部结构更加合理。当然,刑法修正中也存在一些新问题,如立法修改过于频繁,修改内容过于庞杂,公布之日即施行等。因此,需要在以后的金融刑事立法中相应地加以完善。
The sixth amendments to Criminal Law of PRC has seen the progress of financial crimes'legislation of China.The crime types and penalty ranges become tighter,and the internal structure of crime and penalty gets more reasonable.It is certain that there are some problems in the amending of financial crimes,such as too frequent amendments,mind-boggling contents and implementation upon promulgation,so that we should improve financial crimes'legislation in the future.
