摘要
用GA、6-BA处理原产贵州的毛葡萄种子,以自来水处理作为对照,研究不同外源激素对种子发芽的影响。结果表明:GA、6-BA对毛葡萄种子活力都有显著的提高,其中用150 mg/L的6-BA处理效果最好,其种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数最高,平均发芽天数最短;但GA处理的整体效果好,发芽整齐,幼苗生长健壮,且随着浓度的提高,效果明显加强,因此需在以后的试验中继续探索其最佳施用浓度。
Treating the seed of Guizhou wild Vitis (V. quinquangularis) with GA and 6-BA,taking the water as control, the effect of exogenous growth regulator on seed germination were studied. The results showed:GA and 6-BA could significantly increase the seed germinating ability, in all of treatments ,when using 150 mg/L 6-BA, the effect was the best. The seed germination percentage, the germinating energy and germinating index were the highest, and the average germination time was the shortest, but the germination homogeneity was good when treating with GA ,and the seedling grew well. And with the concentration increasing the effect was significantly enhanced. So we should go on finding out the optimum concentration of GA in the next experiment.
