摘要 围绕往复压缩机管道系统的振动及疲劳破坏问题,利用基于有限元的管道分析软件CAESARⅡ,建立了往复压缩机管道振动及应力分析的数学模型,提出了恰当的边界条件,并对往复压缩机管道模型进行了求解,获得了管道系统的振动模态和应力计算结果。 With respect to the problems of vibration and fatigue failure occurred in the piping system of reciprocating compressor, the mathematic model for vibration and stress analysis of the piping connected to reciprocating compressor was built by using finite element piping analysis software CAESAR Ⅱ. When the boundary conditions were determined properly, this piping model was solved and the vibration module of the piping system and the result of stress calculation were obtained.
