摘要
渐开线是机器零件重要轮廓曲线之一,普通数控机床不具有该曲线的插补功能,文中叙述了用时间分割插补法解决渐开线的加工难题。该方法插补计算时间短,而且保证插补点落在理论曲线上及进给步长相等。此方法只需对数控系统软件稍作改动就可以在普通机床上使用。
Involutes are one of the important curves of machine parts. General NC machines have not the interpolation for this kind of curves. This paper presents a time dividing interpolation method to solve this problem. The method spends less interpolation calculating time and assures interpolation points stand in theoretical curve, and as well as equal feeding step length can be obtained . The method can be used in general NC machines as long as the software of NC system is modified slightly.
