摘要
针对某天然气公司阀门断裂事故,在对现场变形情况检测的基础上,采用三维有限元方法,分析了阀门的受力情况,确定轴向拉伸是阀门断裂的主要原因,并给出了预防此类事故的建议。
In order to know the reason for the valve rupture of the natural gas pipeline, the valve under stress was analyzed with the 3D finite element method based on the test result of the detection. The result shows that the axial tension is the main reason for the rupture. Some advice was also provided for preventing this accident.
