摘要
用放射免疫法检测２８例急性胰腺炎的血浆ＶＩＰ、ＳＳ，发现胰腺炎患者ＶＩＰ和ＳＳ水平均显著高于正常对照。胰腺炎中有腹胀者较之无腹胀者ＶＩＰ水平较高，低钙者较之无低钙者ＶＩＰ水平较高。ＶＩＰ和ＳＳ与病情轻重，疼痛严重程度，血尿淀粉酶水平均无明显联系。提示ＶＩＰ和ＳＳ在急性胰腺炎中升高可能是一种继发现象，在病情的发生发展中作用有限。
The plasma VIP and SS was analysed with RIA in 28 cazas of acutel pancreatitis:the level of VIP and SS was sigmiticantly higher in acute pancreatitis than in normal controls.There was higher VIP level in abdominal distenseon patients.There were no relationship between level of VIP or SS and state of illness,or severity of pain, or serum amylase level.These resulte srggest that VIP and SS increase be secondary phenomena, only limited effects they make in pathophysiology.
