P73、E2F-1、Bcl-2蛋白表达与胃癌生物学行为关系研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的本研究旨在探讨P73、转录因子E2F-1、凋亡抑制基因Bcl-2在胃癌组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化技术(SP法)检测46例胃癌癌组织及癌旁正常黏膜中P73、E2F-1、Bcl-2蛋白的表达情况。结果胃癌组织中P73蛋白的阳性表达率为69.6%,癌旁正常黏膜组织中为4.3%,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.01);P73蛋白的表达与胃癌组织学分级、淋巴结转移、肿瘤浸润深度有关(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中E2F-1阳性表达率为73.9%,癌旁正常黏膜中为8.7%,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);E2F-1在癌组织中的表达与TNM分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移及肿瘤浸润深度无相关性(P>0.05)。Bcl-2在胃癌中的阳性表达率为52.2%,在癌旁正常黏膜中为15.2%,两者比较差异显著(P<0.01);Bcl-2在癌组织中的表达与胃癌组织学分级具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论P73、E2F-1、Bcl-2在胃癌细胞中共同过度表达,参与了胃癌的发生发展。 Objective This study was to investigate the expression and clinical significance of transcription factor P73,E2F - 1 and apoptosis - off gene Bcl -2 in human primary gastric carcinoma. Methods By Immunohistoehemistry to detect the expression of P73,E2F - 1, Bel - 2 proteins in 46 cases of human primary gastric carcinoma tissues and their corresponding normal mueosa. Results The positive expression rate of P73 in cancer tissues is 69.6% ,while the positive expression rate of P73 in corresponding normal mueosa is 4.3% , denote a significant difference versus (P 〈 0.01 ) ; the expression of P73 in cancer tissues correlates with the histological differentiation, depth of invasion of gastric mueosa and lymph node metastases (P 〈 0.05). The positive expression rate of E2F in cancer tissues is 73.9% ,while the positive expression rate of E2F in corresponding normal mueosa is 8.7% , denote a significant difference versus (P 〈 0. 01 ) ; the expression of E2F - 1 in cancer tissues no correlates with the histological differentiation, depth of invasion of gastric mueosa, TNM stage and lymph node metastases(P 〉 0.05 ). The positive expression rate of Bcl -2 in cancer tissues is 52.2% ,while the positive expression rate of Bcl-2 in corresponding normal mucosa is 15.2% , therefore the comparison between two tissues is significant (P 〈 0. 01 ) ; the expression of Bcl - 2 in cancer tissues correlates with the histological differentiation of Gastric carcinoma ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Overexpression of P73 ,E2F - 1 and Bel - 2 correlate with occurrence and development of Gastric carcinoma.
