摘要 为了提高镀锌产品质量及降低生产成本,锌层测量技术在近年来得到了快速的发展。宝钢分公司冷轧厂3#热镀锌等机组使用了目前钢铁行业中最先进的涂(镀)层厚度(质量)测量系统,即X射线荧光冷态涂(镀)层测厚仪测量系统。X射线荧光测量法作为一项非接触、快速检测带钢表面涂(镀)层厚度的成熟技术能够充分满足冷轧镀锌处理线高速、自动化生产的要求,在国内外各大钢厂的冷轧镀锌处理线上得到了越来越广泛的应用。以宝钢分公司冷轧厂3#热镀锌等机组的实际应用及其优化措施为例,通过对X射线荧光测量技术的原理分析,结合在处理线的选型和最佳安装位置的确定等,较为全面地介绍X射线荧光测量技术的工程应用。 For the purpose of improving quality of galvanized products and reducing cost of production, the zinc coating online measuring technology has been brought to a rapid development period. Now Baosteel No. 3 CGL( continuous galvanizing line)has been equipped with the most advanced coating weight measuring system in the modern steel industry. With X-ray fluorescence (XRF) technology, the" coating weight gauge provides a precise, fast and non-contact coating weight measurement of metal coatings applied to steel strips. This state-of-the-art method can fully meet the demand of a modern CGL processing line featuring high speed and automatic production. It has found more applications in large steel makers all over the world. Actual applications of No. 3 CGL in Baosteel Cold Rolling Plant and optimization measures for the line are taken as examples. The XRF measuring technology' s application in industry has been fully introduced, together with its principle analysis and determination of its processing line' s best selection and installation position.
