摘要
标准件在产品的全部零件中占有很大的比例,因此,建立标准件库是减少重复设计与绘图的重要手段。作者介绍了在UG中建立标准件库所应用的3种方法,即用户定义特征、电子表格和利用二次开发工具编制专用程序,并对这些方法进行了分析。给出了通过UG二次开发所建立的标准件库的设计方案和系统结构,并通过实例说明了建立标准件库的过程。
Because the standard parts possess a large proportion of the whole parts of a product, so establishment of standard part library is an essential way to reduce repeated design and drafting. Three methods for building such library in UG are introduced and analyzed, that is defining features by user, using electronic tables in UG, and programming special programs by UG's toolkit. The design scheme and system architecture of the library is given and the process of establishing the library is shown through the examples.
