摘要
提出了一种谐振频率可调的聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)膜声频定向换能器的结构设计方案,用以解决困扰声束扬声器输出功率低的问题,并通过理论研究给出了该类换能器主要设计参数的理论计算公式。实际制作出的换能器频率测试结果表明,采用该方法能得到符合预期设计要求的较为精确的换能器谐振频率,这对于缩短声束扬声器的研发周期、降低开发成本、提高输出功率都具有较为重要的意义。
A structure design scheme of audio directional polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)film transducer withtunable resonance frequency is proposed to solve one of the key technical problemsie low output powers in audio beam loudspeaker research. The theoretical calculation formula of the key design parameters of this kind of transducer is deduced by theoretical investigation. It is proved by the frequency measurement of actual fabricated transducer that desired accurate resonance frequency can be obtained by adopting this design method, which is very important to shorten the research and development cycle, reduce the cost of development, and improve the output power of audio beam loudspeaker.
