摘要
提出了一种基于扫掠法的六面体网格生成算法,该算法通过源和目标曲面参数域间的近似最小二乘仿射映射将源曲面的网格投影到目标曲面,并利用背景网格插值的方法计算内结点,从而将2.5维实体生成六面体网格。该算法避免了空间网格投影过程中耗时的“寻根”过程,并且不需要导致效率降低的网格优化,能够处理各种2.5维实体,生成的网格质量较好。
A hexahedral mesh generation algorithm based on sweeping is provided and the source surface mesh is projected on the target surface by a least-squares approximation of an affine mapping defined between the parametric spaces of the surfaces. The background mesh interpolation is used to locate interior nodes. Therefore the hexahedral mesh on 2.5-dimensional volumes can be generated, The algorithm avoids the time consuming process of "root finding" when projecting the mesh in 3 dimensional space, and it can handle various kinds of 2.5-dimensional volumes with good mesh quality without mesh smoothing.
