摘要
以2005年8月开始,领全国规模之先的合肥市“拆违”行动为例,通过分析违法建筑的成因以及针对违法建筑所制定的法律、政策和制度,论述了违法建筑拆除后继续治理违法建筑的必要性,并提出了治理的措施。
Taking the ＂Unauthoried Building Demolition＂, which was precedingly conducted in Hefei City since Aug, 2005 as an example, the necessity of the continued control and treatment of the unauthorized building is discussed and the measures are suggested through the analysis of the appearing reasons and the laws, policies and system against the unauthorized building.
