摘要 目的:探讨实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)定量评价左心室容量-时间曲线的可行性及准确性。材料和方法:以心脏磁共振(CMR I)为“参考标准”,应用RT-3DE评价31例健康志愿者左心室容量-时间曲线,获得峰值排空率(PER)、峰值充盈率(PFR)等左心室功能指标。结果:30例健康志愿者获得了内膜边界清晰的三维图像和左心室容量-时间曲线;RT-3DE图像采集及分析时间明显短于CMR I;PER,PFR测值RT-3DE与CMR I间无统计学差异(P>0.05),具有良好的相关性(r分别为0.913,0.786)。结论:RT-3DE是一种定量评价左心室容量-时间曲线的可行、准确的新方法。 Purpose: The analysis of left ventricular function is important in choice and monitoring the therapeutic procedures for patients with cardiovascular diseases. The aim of the current study was to assess the feasibility and accuracy of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT-3DE) in quantifying left ventricular volumes-time curve. Materials and Methods: With cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMRI) as a reference, RT-3DE was undertaken in 31 healthy volunteers with left ventricular function parameters assessed, such as left ventricular peak ejection rate(PER) and peak filling rate(PFR). The parameters obtained via left ventricular volumes-time curve using RT- 3DE and CMRI independently were compared. Results: A clear-cut endocardium image was obtained by both RT-3DE and CMRI in all but 1 volunteer. A complete RT-3DE data acquisition and analysis took much shorter time than CMRI. PER , PFR assessed by RT-3DE had no differences and correlated well with that by CMRI. Conclusion: RT-3DE was proven a feasible and accurate method for analysis of left ventricular volumes-time curve.
