摘要
本文对产酯微生物Ｃ．Ｐｅｎｉｃｉｌｌａｔｕｍ代谢机理进行了分析，并进行了实验证明，结果发现Ｇ．ｐｅｎｉｃｉｌｌａｔｕｍ产酯代谢经历了好氧与厌氧二个步骤，氨基酸既是醇的供体又是酸的供体，适宜的供氧量和添加异亮氨酸对酯的生产均有较大影响。
In this present paper, the mechanism of esters synthesis by G. penicillatum was analysedtheoretically and verified experimentally. The results show that the suitable aeration and thesupply of L-iso-leucine both has positive effects on the esters.
