新疆维吾尔族血清脂联素水平分析 被引量:5

The Concentration of Serum Adiponectin in Normal Xinjiang Uigur Population

摘要 为探讨正常新疆维吾尔族血清脂联素水平,分析其与与体重指数、血压、血脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗指数间的相关性,本研究收集无血缘关系的新疆维吾尔族正常人164例血清样本,采用酶联免疫法测定血浆脂联素水平,用放射免疫法测定血清空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平。研究结果表明:维吾尔族血清脂联素水平为(6.89±5.30)μg/mL,男性(6.59±5.78)μg/mL,女性(7.06±5.04)μg/mL,较汉族人群低,性别间脂联素水平的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超重/肥胖组与正常体重组相比血清脂联素水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清脂联素水平与体重指数、低密度脂蛋白及空腹胰岛素水平呈显著负相关。这显示:1)新疆维吾尔族血清脂联素水平存在性别差异;2)脂联素水平在肥胖与正常体重组之间无显著性差异;3)血清脂联素与体重指数、空腹胰岛素水平及低密度脂蛋白显著负相关。 To investigate the serum adiponectin concentration and its relation with body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, lipid profile and insulin resistance index in Xinjiang Uigur population. The serum adiponectin concentration was measured by ELSA in 164 unrelated Uigur healthy people. The result show that the serum adiponectin concentration in healthy person was (6.89 ± 5.30) μg/mL, (6.59 ± 5.78 )μg/mLin male and (7.06 ± 5.04) μg/mL in female, it' s lower than Han population. Serum adiponectin concentration in women was significantly higher than that of men( P 〈 0.05). There is no significant difference in the serum adiponectin concentration between weight subjects and overweight/obese subjects ( P 〉 0.05 ). The serum adiponectin concentration was negatively correlated with waistline, Body Mass Index (BMI) ,Low density hpoprotein-C (LDL-C) and FINS. The study indicate that: 1 )Serum adiponectin concentration is different between male and female;2)Obesity is not associated with the serum adiponectin concentration in Xinjiang Uigur population;3)The serum adiponectin level was negatively correlated with waistline, Body Mass Index (BMI), Low density lipoprotein-C (LDL-C) and Fasting insulin (FINS).
