摘要
分子生物学技术作为生命科学中发展最为迅速的学科之一,其对水产动物产生的影响也越来越深远。对分子生物学技术在水产动物中的应用,如PCR技术、转基因技术、DNA指纹图谱技术、核酸杂交技术等,在促进水产动物的生长、增强水产动物的抗病力、培育优良品种及生产新品系等方面进行了综述,并阐述了其在水产养殖中的潜在影响。
Molecular biological technique is one of the quickest developed courses in the life science, and has produced tots of profound influences in the field of aquatic animal. It can promote the growth, strengthen the disease resistance, cultivate the superior breeds, and produce the new lines in the aquatic animal. In this paper, we reviewed the molecular biological technique including the PCR, Transgenic technique, DNA fingerprinting technique, Nucleic acid hybridization, etc. , and elaborated their latent influence in the aquaculture.
