摘要
介绍了安徽凤台电厂一期工程2台600MW机组和二期工程待建2台600MW机组的烟囱选型及防腐工艺,其中一期工程采用的是2台机组合用一根210m的套筒烟囱,脱硫后配置回转式烟气-烟气加热器(GGH);二期工程选用的是240m双筒集束烟囱,内筒采用钢内筒,脱硫后不采用GGH。从安全性、合理性及可靠性等方面对目前烟囱的防腐工艺进行了探讨和比较。
In the paper,the type selection and antiseptic craft of chimneys for the first-stage construction of 2 × 600 MW generators and the expected second-stage construction of 2 × 600 MW generators in Fengtai power plant were introduced. In the first-stage construction,two generators share one sleeve chimney of 210 meters. The rotary Gas Gas Heater (GGH) was equipped after desulphurization. In the second-stage construction,the binocular bunched chimney of 240 meters was adopted. Steel inner core was used and GGH was not adopted after desulphurization. The antiseptic craft of Chimneys at present was discussed and compared from the aspects of security, rationality and reliability.
