摘要
以金精矿硫酸化焙烧酸浸液为萃原液,研究对比了M5640和Tn萃取剂从该萃原液中萃取铜及实现铜铁分离的效果。结果表明,M5640较Tn具有优越性,对高铜品位及高酸度酸浸液有较强的适应性,不但铜的萃取率高,而且能更好地实现铜铁分离。
Copper extraction and Cu/Fe separation with M5640 and Tn were studied in leaching solution from the sulfating roasting of gold concentrates. The results show that M5640 presents better adjustability than Tn to treat leaching solution with low pH value and high copper grade concentration, which not only increases the total copper recovery, but also reduces the production cost of smelting.
