摘要
通过室温拉伸性能测试和DSC、TEM分析,对2124铝合金40mm厚板的热处理制度进行了研究。研究结果表明,合金主要强化相为S’和θ’过渡相;合金的适宜固溶温度为495-500℃,固溶时间为80—100min;适当提高固溶温度或延长固溶时间,合金中过剩相的溶解程度增大,提高了合金的固溶程度。从而提高合金的强度;合金适宜的时效温度为185℃,时效时间为12h。
The microstructures and properties of 2124 aluminum alloy at different heat treatments were studied using tensile test and DSC ,TEM analysis. The results showed that S'and θ' phases are the main strengthening phases of the alloy. Increasing the temperature or extending the time of solution properly can accelerate the solution degree of the excess phase, which can raise the degree of solution of alloy and enhance the strength of alloy, but the excessive temperature or time of solution reduce the elongation of alloy. The suitable heat treatments is solution at 495 - 500 ℃ for 80 - 100 rain and aging at 185 ℃ for 12 h.
