摘要 兴凯湖松(Pinut takhasii)瘤锈病,是东北地区树干严重病害,其病原菌为松栎柱锈菌(Cronartium guercuum (Berk.)Miyabe ex Shirai],转主寄主为蒙古栎[Quercus mongolica Fish]。锈子和夏孢子萌发特性相似,芽管多不分枝,具附着胞,萌发温度4—32℃,最适12℃。冬孢子萌发温度8—28℃,最适16—18℃。担抱子萌发温度8—28℃,最适18—20℃。三种孢子萌发时对光和基质表面自由水均敏感,但不能直接暴露在阳光下。人工接种产生夏、冬孢子的时间分别为6—15日、3—33日。嫩叶感病老叶抗病。用13种杀菌剂试验,松焦油、松焦油+柴油(1:1,1:3,1:5),75%百菌清乳剂,70%代森锰锋乳剂涂干的防治效果好。 The Xingkai Lake pine(Pinus takahasii) gall rust disease caused by Cronartium quercuum(Berk) Miyabe ex Shirai is a serious stem disease in northeast China. The pathogen requires oak (Quercus mongolica Fish) as alternative host. Aeciospores and urediospores have similar germinating characters, unbranched germ tubes with appressoria germinate at 4—32℃, but the optimum temperature at 12℃. Teliospores germinate at 8—28℃ with the optimum temperature of 16—18℃. Basidiospores germinate at 8—28℃, with the optimum temperature of 18—20℃, When germinating, all types of spores are sensitive to light and free water on the surface of the substrate, but can not exposed to the sunlight directly. The incubation period of urediospores and teliospores is 6—16 days and 3—33 days respectively. The young leaves are more susceptible and the old ones are resistant to infection. Among the 13 fungicides selected to control the rust,pine tar,pine tar+diesel oil(1:1,1:3, 1:5), 75% Bravo emulsion,70% Mancozeb emulsion were applied to coat the galls and the result was satisfactory.
