摘要 采用熔盐电解法,将掺杂CaCO3的TiO2烧结体(作为阴极),在900℃熔盐CaCl2中还原成金属钛。借助SEM,EDS及XRD分析了烧结后的阴极形貌、成分及相组成,考察CaCO3对电解提取钛反应的影响。结果表明:在TiO2阴极中掺杂CaCO3可以增加烧结后的阴极片孔隙度,并影响TiO2颗粒尺寸的大小,有利于加快阴极电解反应的速度,提高电解效率。 The eletro-deoxidation method was used melt at 900℃. The morphology and composition of to reduce the sintered bulk TiO2 doped with CaCO3 (as cathode) to titanium in CaCl2 TiO2 cathode, the impact of CaCO3 doping in on TiO2 cathode were investigated. The results show that CaCO3 doping in TiO2 cathode will increase the porosity of the sintered solid TiO2, affect the particle size of TiO2 and benefit the increase of the cathode electrolysis reaction speed as well as rise the efficiency of electrochemical reduction.
