摘要
目的建立复方万年青胶囊中大黄索的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法，以Diamonsil C18（4．6mm×250mm×5μm）为分析柱，甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（80：20）为流动相，流速为1．0ml／min，柱温为35℃，检测波长254nm。结果大黄索在0．039～0．355μg范围内呈良好线性关系，r=1．0000。平均回收率为99．3％，RSD=0．4％（n=5）。结论HPLC法是一种简便、准确、可靠的分析方法。
Objective To develop a method to determine emodin content in compound Wannianqing capsules.Methods The method of high performance liquid chromatagram（HPLC） was adopted , a Diamonsil C18 （4.6mm×250mm×5μm） was used as the analytic column and the CH3OH - 0.1% phosphate liquor （80：20） as the flow phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the analytic column temperature was 35 ℃, the detecting wave length was 254 nm. Results The liner ranges of emodin content were 0.039 - 0.355μg, the correlation coefficient was 1.0000. The average rate of recovery was 99.3%, RSD was 0.4% （ n= 5）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, and reliable.
