摘要
气化关键设备压力容器壳体主要有气化炉(含激冷段)、输气管、气体返回室和合成气冷却器四大件及内件等组成,由于超重、超限无法运输等条件限制,四大件内件安装完毕后只能在施工现场空中进行组对和焊接。因此气化关键设备的制作精度、预组装和测量工作就显得更加必要和重要。根据煤气化装置中最重要的设备—气化关键设备压力容器的制造实践,概述了该设备的预组装方案及注意事项。通过预组装,施工现场组焊质量和周期得到了保证。
Shell gasification key equipment pressure vessel includes gasifier (including quench pipe), transfer duct, gas reverse chamber, syngas cooler and other internals. Because of excess weight and excess dimensions, these parts can only be assembled and welded in the air after finishing internal installation. So precise of these key equipments as well as pre-assembly and measuring is very necessary and important. This paper has expounded pre-assembly and matters to be attentioned of the pressure vessels of shell gasification key equipments per the actual fabrication experiences. Quality and schedule of group welding on site has been improved through pre-assembly.
