摘要 本文概述了Caco-2细胞模型的基本特点、培养方法及其在中药研究方面的应用,提出了应用Caco-2细胞模型对毒性中药进行研究的新思路。 The Paper discusses the basic characteristics of a Caco -2 cell model, and the associated cell culture process and applications in studying traditional Chinese medicines. A new thinking line is proposed in the paper to study poisonous Chinese traditional medicines using the Caco -2 cell model, the first attempt of its kind in the country.
