摘要
离子金属聚合物复合物(IPMC)同时可以用来制作驱动元件和敏感元件,具有质量轻、驱动电压低的特点。介绍了一种IPMC特性的测试平台,通过激光传感器实现对条形IPMC端部变形的非接触测量,同时使用一套数据采集设备对驱动电压、电流、传感器的输出进行数据实时采集。对一种IPMC样品进行了研究,得到了浸润时间与活性之间的关系;对元件的动态特性进行了研究,使用实验数据对IPMC元件进行了建模,得到了一个近似的二阶系统表达式。
Ionic polymer metal composites (IPMC) possess the possibility to be used both as actuator and sensor, light weight and low driving voltage. Here, a platform for the test of IPMC's characters was introduced. The movement of a bar IPMC' s tip was measured via a laser displacement sensor. The information of the driving voltage, current and the displacement sensor's output, were acquisitioned by an AD board, and then input into a computer for analyses. The experiments were launched on a commercially available sample. The relationship between the dipping time and the activity was got. The IPMC' s dynamic characters were studied also. The result indicated that it can be modeled as a second-order system.
