不同辅料制备的中药片与大鼠体外肠组织黏附力的考察

摘要 目的考察用白及、卡波姆和淀粉为辅料试制的3种中药片剂对大鼠离体肠组织的黏附力,用以研制一种中药黏附片剂。方法分别测定并比较用白及、卡波姆和淀粉为辅料试制的3种中药饮片与大鼠离体肠组织的黏附力。结果用白及、卡波姆为辅料制备的两种中药片对大鼠离体肠组织的黏附力明显大于淀粉为辅料制成的中药片(P<0.01)。结论用白及和卡波姆为辅料生产的中药片对于肠组织均具有较强的黏附作用。 Aim To compare the bioadhesion of three tablets with the colon of rates in vitro. Methods Determination of bioadhesion with the colon of rates in vitro was used to compare bioadhesion in vitro between three-tablets. Results Bioadhesion study showed obvious difference between the three tablets in bioadhesion with the colon of rates in vitro ( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusions Bioadhesion of the Chinese medicine Baiji-tablets and Carbomer-tablets are better in the colonic drug delivery system.
