摘要
设计中的清江水布垭水利枢纽大坝为227m高的心墙堆石坝,其心墙防渗料的主要料源为页岩风化料。由于风化料、砾质土较之纯粘土具有更高的强度、变形模量和抗渗透破坏的能力以及良好的施工性能,将其用作高土石坝防渗心墙材料已是世界坝工的潮流。结合水布垭水利枢纽的坝址比选,对页岩风化料工程性质进行了试验研究,研究成果表明,页岩风化料的级配具有宽级配、不连续、不稳定的特性,页岩风化料的击实性能良好,以全风化和强风化上带为代表的土料其防渗和抗渗性能均可满足要求。
The dam of Shuibuya Project on Qingjiang River under design is a 227 m high rockfill dam with an impervious core. The main source of core material is of the weathered shale. Since weathered material and gravelly soil have higher indexes in strength, deformation modulus and resistance to seepage failure than pure clay, and have good workability, it is a worldwide trend in dam construction to adopt them as impervious material for the earth rockfill dam. An experimental research on the engineering behavior of the weathered shale was conducted for the dam site selection. The results show that the gradation of the weathered shale material is wide, discontinuous and unstable, and it can be well compacted; the impermeability of the typical soil material of fully weathered zone and upper belt of strongly weathered zone can meet requirements for seepage prevention; this material can be used as core material for high earth and rockfill dam.
