摘要
目的:探讨铬天青S作显色剂利用分光光度法测定油条中铝的含量。方法:在pH6.7~7.0近中性的体系中,铝在聚乙二醇辛基苯醚(OP)和溴代十六烷吡啶的存在下与铬天青S形成稳定的蓝色四元混合胶束,其吸光度与铝含量在一定浓度范围内成正比。结果:铝含量在0.5~8.0μg/25ml呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9996,回收率在90%~110%之间。结论:该方法操作简单,显色灵敏、稳定,可用于油条中铝的测定。
Objective:To discuss an analytical method for the determination of aluminium in fried bread stick by chrome azurol S spectrophotometry. Methods:In the near neutral solution ( pH = 6.7 -7.0 ) of polyethlene glycol mono - (P) octyl phengl ether (OP), aluminium combined with chrome azurol S (CAS) and hexadecylpyridinium bromide into a stable blue quaternion -association, the absorbance was directly proportional to the concentration of aluminium in the solution. Results: Calibration curves were linear within the range of 0. 5 -8.0 μg/25 ml with a correlation coefficient r =0. 9996 and the recoveries were between 90% and 110%. Conclusion:This method is simple, sensitive and stable, and can be used to determine aluminium in fried bread stick.
