摘要
讨论了PMAC多轴控制器中样条运动模式的数学本质。以正弦曲线轨迹为案例,仿真分析和实际测试了样条运动模式下的轨迹误差。给出了一种优化选取离散点,降低轨迹误差的方法,并将其应用于实际的工程中。
The math essences of the spline motion models of PMAC controller are introduced. Based on the sine-curve trace, we make a simulating analysis and a practical measurement on the trace error under the conditions of these models. A method to optimize discrete point and decrease the trace error is given, and it is applied well to a practical project.
