摘要
通过α-萘乙酸和SOC l2在无水苯中反应制得α-萘乙酰氯,然后再与硫氰酸钾反应生成α-萘乙酰基异硫氰酸酯,再与萘乙酰肼进行加成反应,合成新型酰氨基硫脲类化合物N-α-萘乙酰基-N′-α-萘乙酰氨基硫脲,产物经1H NMR、IR和元素分析测定。生物活性实验结果表明对水稻根生长具有促进作用,对大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌无明显抑菌作用。
A novel compound N-naphthalene acyl N'-naphthalene acylamido Thiocarbamide( Ⅱ ) was synthesized by reaction of aromatic acylhydrazine( Ⅰ ) with a-naphthalene acyl mustard oil which was obtained by α-naphthalene acyl chloride formed from α-naphthylacetic acid and SOCl2 in anhydrous benzene combined with potassium thiocyanate. The product was verified by IR spectrum, ^1H NMR and elemental analysis. The biological activity experiments indicated that the compounds had speeding action on paddy root and had no obvious inhibition activity against B. subtiles and E. coli.
